ABOUT APAPL
Established in 2011, ARAVALLY PROCESSED AGROTECH Pvt. Ltd. (APAPL) is the leading agro processing company and exporter of Guar Gum powder and its derivatives in Rajasthan. We have tied-up with reputed and reliable Guar suppliers all over Rajasthan, Haryana and Gujarat, the areas accounting for over 90% of production in India, which offers us the advantage to choose the top-notch raw material.

The company is professionally managed by a young and competent staff. We also have our very own in-house Quality Control lab fitted with analysis equipment to ensure adherence to our strict standards of quality.
OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
In 2011, the production unit was set up under direct supervision of highly qualified technocrats, partnered with our director under whom the entire working of the unit is managed with care and strict guidelines.
Our manufacturing unit is located at RIICO Growth Centre, an industrial area developed with motorable roads, adequate water & electricity supply, which enables the best environment for our production facility.
Our 300 MT/month capacity, ultra-modern plant is highly sophisticated and equipped with pulverization and pneumatic systems. We have invested in the modern hi-tech machinery. Our engineers are equipped with latest technology that makes them work with high determination on quality which also ensures high yielding with nutrient element well sustained in Guar Gum and other related products. The manufacturing process is continuous and completely automatic, without manual touch and the finished goods go directly into the packaging bags. Packaging of the finished good is done in such a manner that it preserves the highly delicate product in perfect condition for a long time.
QUALITY CONTROL
We ensure quality and food safety by covering all aspects of manufacturing, including standard operating procedures, people management and training, equipment maintenance, and handling of materials. Food grade guar gum powder must be of the highest microbiological purity and, also uniform in its physical and chemical characteristics.
We at APAPL believes that quality should be the core focus in our industry. Hence, we are bound to deliver Guar Gum products that have gone through inspection and quality tests at each and every stage of its production. Strict and systematic quality control practices in the form of rigorous laboratory tests are in place at every stage of production from the receipt of raw material to the finished products. This process ensures that all our products are high on quality and remain unperturbed irrespective of any number of production stages it has passed through.
We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art physical & microbiological laboratories in order to perform strict quality control tests in compliance with international norms and customer requirements.
